Warranty
Katool offers a limited one-year (12 months) warranty on all parts and against all product defects, free of charge.
A 2-year extended warranty plan is available for any Katool or M&E automotive equipment.
Warranty Includes:
- Cylinders, power units, motors, displays, electronics, etc.
- Vehicle lifts include an additional three-year (36 months) warranty on structural components only.
Warranty Conditions:
- Claims must fall within the warranty period.
- Warranty is non-transferable and requires the original order number and purchase from our company or a registered vendor.
- Replacement parts will be provided at no cost, including free shipping.
Note:
- All warranty claims are subject to approval by the warranty/service department.
- Photos and/or videos of defects may be requested.
- Do not disassemble any equipment before the issue is determined.
- Equipment outside the warranty policy will not be covered, and the buyer will be responsible for replacement parts and shipping costs.
- Labor is not included in the warranty.

Inspecting Your Delivery
Upon receiving your order, please inspect the packaging for any signs of damage. If you notice any damage, be sure to take pictures of the damaged packages before opening them and report the issue to us within five days of delivery. If the damage is attributed to the carrier, they will be responsible for resolving it at no cost to you.
Missing Parts or Damaged Deliveries
Always check the contents of your delivery upon receipt. If you find that the delivery is damaged or missing parts, please send us pictures of the damage, along with your order number, to support@autoliftz.com. We will then contact our suppliers to facilitate the replacement of damaged items.
